As many changes have occurred in the healthcare industry, we ask that you contact your insurance company to confirm that your doctor is an in-network participating provider for your plan.

We accept most major insurance plans, especially if you are insured through an employer – HMO or PPO. A few examples are listed below.

You will need our tax ID 88-3260022 for confirmation of plan participation. This is also recommended if you are selecting a new insurance plan, as it is the parent’s responsibility to verify whether your doctor is an in-network provider for your insurance.

We are not contracted providers for Medicaid; therefore, we do not accept patients with Medicaid (primary or secondary) coverage.

Newborns – Do not forget to call and add your baby to the insurance policy as soon as you have a social security number. For your convenience, we will hold all claims for the first month of life until your infant has been added to your insurance policy.
