Congratulations!  This is such an exciting time in your life and we are privileged to assist you in navigating the new parent world.  It is our job to ensure that your little one is healthy, and part of that is done by empowering you as a parent.

If you choose CMG, our relationship will start shortly after your baby is born.
 
 

How to become a patient:

Enroll with CMG before your delivery
Pease call our office to enroll as a new patient. We will gather some information for you to get started and go over any questions you may have about our office.

Your First CMG Appointment
Your first appointment at the office will usually be within 2 – 3 days of going home from the hospital.  Give us a call the day that you are discharged and we will get your first appointment scheduled appropriately.

Newborn Class
Our doctors teach a newborn class once a month that is for expecting parents. It gives you the opportunity to meet us and see our office. Please visit our services page for more information.

Immunizations
In order to best protect your newborn, we recommend that you ensure your immunizations are up-to-date. It is recommended that all pregnant women receive a Tdap shot and a flu vaccine if it is the appropriate season. We also recommend that Dads and close caregivers receive these immunizations as well.
